Yes, you can set up a payment plan if you cannot pay the balance in full. You can view and set up a payment plan online by clicking here.

Once a payment plan is set, we will only contact you to update you on your account status and balance. If you pay the full balance and if we are currently reporting the account status to the credit bureau, we will update your credit file to show that the account has been paid in full.

Payment transactions are normally immediately reflected on your account, on some occasions, payments can take up to 24 hours to appear on your account and your account transaction history.

Please verify the reference number for the payment to your original provider and confirm if it matches the account in question. If it does, contact us, and we will investigate. But you can also set up a payment plan here.

The original creditor would have tried to contact you via letter, email, text, or phone.

If your contact details have changed you can update your information, set up a payment plan, or log on to our customer self-serve portal to set up a payment plan.

Yes, under your terms and conditions, your original creditor can sell the debt to a third party. Perch Group, authorised by the FCA, is now the legal owner of the debt. You can now set up a payment plan here.

When you receive a call from ACI, we’ll always perform a security check using the information we have on file. We’ll only ask for basic details to confirm we’re speaking to the right person, such as:

  • Your name
  • Reference number (if available)
  • Address
  • Date of birth

After the security check, we’ll explain who we are, provide details about your account, and discuss how we can help you become debt-free.

If we’ve contacted you, it's important to respond. You may not have heard of Blockbuster, but we work on behalf of many lenders and credit purchasers. Our friendly agents are ready to explain why we’ve reached out.

We may contact you to:

  • Discuss your account
  • Collect a due payment
  • Set up a payment plan
  • Ensure your current plan is affordable
  • Request updated information

If you're in a debt management plan, please ask your provider to contact us using the details in our letter.
