First Steps
ACI started to take its first steps as a small FCA authorised debt collection agency in 2015, trading as Reconnect UK.
A new home in Blackpool
In January 2018, the business was acquired by the current owners, and it was relocated to Blackpool by a new management team, some of which remain key members of the business today.
Perch Group
In May 2018 ACI became part of the Perch Group, a group of companies that specialises in supporting customers that have experienced financially difficulty.
Award Winners
In Sept 2021 ACI’s Specialist Support Team won the Credit Services Association Team Award for its excellent work helping and supporting vulnerable customers.
A dedicated team
At the start of 2022 the business rebranded to ACI and launched its new website and continues to adopt best in class technology to support its customers resolve their debts.

In July 2022 ACI received a Silver award by leading Customer Experience specialists Investor in Customers (IIC) recognising their outstanding levels of customer service.
